Common Questions
  1. Are these classes harmful either to the growing baby or to the mother herself?

These classes are an asset during pregnancy. Even high risk pregnancies like those having placenta previa, short cervix, high blood pressure, gestational diabetes etc. can enroll for these classes, as a very specialised and safe programme is evolved for each case individually.

  2. When can one start the prenatal and postnatal classes?

Prenatal - After 16-18 weeks of pregnancy upto full term.
Postnatal - 3-4 weeks after normal delivery.
    6 weeks after a cesarean.
